About Blu Zen

Blu Zen is operated as a residence and resort and is being built in 5 phases. Construction is nearly completed for Phase V.  The property boasts three pools, a spa, a gym, 3 bars, 3 restaurants, and a small grocery store and café. Bikes and kayaks are available to borrow, and volleyball and corn hole are also offered. Visitors also have access to the on-site gym, and can sign up for a variety of treatments at the on-site spa. Details are available at the Blu Zen front desk which is adjacent to the saltwater lap pool in the center of the resort, and just a few short steps from our condo.

Our Unit - J1

We are in Building J, on the first floor unit (no steps!) with 2 bedrooms; the primary includes a king bed and an en-suite bath, and the second (guest) bedroom includes a queen size bed. There is a 2nd bathroom in the hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining and living room, and spacious covered patio The veranda has 4 Adirondack chairs, including 2 oversized chairs, hand made exclusively for us by one of the craftsmen on the island, for enjoying the relaxing views. Each bedroom and the living room have TV’s that offer a range of channels via the NexGen app, as well as Netflix and other streaming capabilities.

Our unit is fully equipped to meet your needs, and you will find towels to use at the pool that boast the BluZen logo. Be sure not take the white bathroom towels out of the unit. Just a note, if you ask the front desk to replenish any items in the unit, including clean towels, you will be charged a cleaning fee for that day.
